I'm hoping for some Gerry Lopez designed surf shapes for 2016.

Area 10 ...and they're YELLOW.  I really like my 10-6.5 Nalu, but a lot of Yellow goes a short way.  (is the Red one a Fanatic with a decal on it?)

The "red one" looks like a board in a red board bag? Some of the Naish boards in the past have been shipped in their board bags like that, I think, and yellow isn't a very practical colour for a board bag.

Looks like a new metal stringer system,
hmmm.....both longitudinally and now, also, perpendicular.

[aside from good function] I like 2 things in a board bag :
- light color to reflect heat. Reflective is best, white second best, yellow isn't bad
- old and beat up, to distract from the beauty that is within. Again yellow is a good candidate to get trashed quickly. The more beat up the board bag the happier the rider is a good rule of thumb.

Aren't their board bags white/black ? That Red almost looks like an unwrapped board and they are traditionally yellow ???

I'm going to put in a suggestion that showing boards in bags is illegal unless you are just showing off your boardbag.

You because of what it does to us normal people....my mind is like a cats mind...

Yes, it was intended as a joke, I believe. We are all poking a bit of fun at ourselves as gear nuts, and at the marketing hype that surrounds the release of new boards each year.
