Fair Price for a 2012 Fanatic Allwave 9' 10 ?

I have an opportunity to pick up a very slightly used 2012 Fanatic Allwave 9' 10.  Very few paddle marks on the rails, deck pad in perfect condition, no fading, and only a superficial crack on the tail.  I think this was a typical mismatch for the guy... either he was sold it as something he could take for easy long distance paddles, or he just couldn't figure out how to surf it... either way, very little wear and tear.

I already have a 2015 Allwave 9' 5 that I love, but at times I can be a little too big for it on the days that South Florida only has slow mushy waves with a confused chop.  I demo'd the 9' 10 on one of the typical days, and it was easier to stand out in the slop while waiting for something catchable.  So, I'd like to add it to my quiver.  Also, my fiancee can surf the 9' 5 in just about anything as she is a lot lighter than I am, so I like the idea of us both being able to get out there at the same time and surf.

So, I am looking around to see what people are or have sold a 2012 Allwave 9' 10, and I can't seem to find anything.  I have also noticed though, that not many people seem to sell their Allwaves, which is what led me to look into the 9' 5 that I got, and I can see why.

Right now, I can probably pick up the 2012 Allwave 9' 10 (the green color, with the fishtail) for about $775.  Does this seem like a fair price?

I think that's a steal.  Buy it before he realizes that it's worth close to $1000.

Sight unseen I can't be held to perfect accuracy but When folfs upgrade to smaller or LTD (lighter constructed) AllWaves they sell for $699 in real good condition

Not sure what the Florida Sun has done but I'd offer that

I sold a 2012 9'2 Allwave (green, fish) last Sept for $800. It was in similar shape. I second the $700/699 offer

Guess I was wrong.  I want to sell my 8'10 Allwave.  What do you think I could get for that?  In great shape, few scratches and that's all.

IMO, I would add $100 for every year above 2012 ($700) as a baseline/happy medium. 

Many people feel differently about selling/buying used goods. If its just business than sell for most profit possible. If its business/aloha then spread the stoke and the winds and waves shall favor you.
