Warm down paddle was a good idea! I like a dip in the cold water after some stretching to ease sore muscles.  Then some beer!

Chocolate milk after the race. Ice cold. Tastes so good, and it's as good as any other protein recovery drink.

Foote 10'4X34", SIC 17.5 V1 hollow and an EPS one in Hood River. Foote 9'0" x 31", L41 8'8", 18' Speedboard, etc. etc.
