We were discussing this the other day......yup the surfing is good but what is all this dragging the tail or nose of your board on the ground business....test tsst!

That video was blocked but here's one of the Vaz brothers at Nias. It's mostly surfing but there's some standup surfing too. See how he kicks his board through the lip while paddling at 3:20!!

i use an 8' leash to keep board close--quicker to climb back on, and safer for those around me, but might not allow for such a move
