M2M today
« on: April 18, 2015, 12:39:19 PM »
Good luck to all the zoners that are going today. The wind looks strong but the direction might be a little wonkier than normal. Better stay north as long as possible folks. Those big mid-channel mountains are going to be mighty interesting. Better be some pictures. I want to do it, but I need my knee to be a little more reliable. I'll try to time the shots I get next year to carry through.

Good day for a run from Hana to Kahoʻolawe. That's big water though. I rode my dirt bike around the east end of Maui yesterday and the wind swells off the east end were just flat out scary. They were at least 20 feet, with occasional rogues that ran streamers of foam off them for hundreds of yards. No idea what that's like.
