Buying Replacement Deck Padding

Anybody know a good source where I can get some blank deck paddling? I have to repair my Kona One windsurfer which was rubbing up against a nail while it was on a rack. It's time to clear out all my windsurfing stuff, and I need to fix this before I sell the board, obviously.

I'm getting a repair kit for the damage, but once I fix that, I'll need to cover it up. The Kona has a full deck and rail pad, so it'll just look nasty if the damage isn't covered.
