Yes, exactly! Of course sharks attack us and anyone that votes "NO" means they ignoring statistical FACTS. (Palm to forehead!)

This has to rate as one of the most absurd questions in history.
And, mike, this is absolutely no refection on you or your question since it's entirely possible you're interested in studying how dumb humans can actually be.

The Q is straight and simple with no ambiguity so OF course sharks attack us. What the bloody hell. So far 8 people have said no? Let's have them go to one of numerous locations world wide where sharks hang out and have them linger their body or limbs in the water. Big bet's a $. Which do the sharks "attack" (take) first, their lobotomized brain or their equally useless dicks?

My friend, Carl, was attacked at the mouth of the Klamath many years ago.
 The attack was video recorded. The shark dove under the trailing paddler, Tory, and attacked Carl from underneath, lifting him out of the water, jaws locked, on the back of Carls thigh and calve, locked on the boards bottom with the fins amazingly bitting back.

Carl was getting ragged dolled shaken above the jaws high out of the water until the shark released him. As Carl watched the huge fin turn around to come back, between him and the shark was a two foot wave that, even for us as paddlers would not have caught, Carl did catch and bellied it back to the beach and safety.

Carl is lucky to still be with us. He still is a hard core short board surfer charging even at times  THE KLAMATH RIVER MOUTH. 

So if us, means people in the water surfing, I say yes. 
If us means on sup, I don't want to test it by hanging out when I see one,
 I am heading to shore.

Seems the folks around Reunion might skew the poll results. 16 attacks, 7 fatal since 2011? I do believe those stats would have me second guessing.

Thanks for the link. I read several more articles on Reunion island shark attacks after checking out the link on the 13 year old boy, and the stories are intense.
