I can't wait to get my SUP intro for the balance challenged started this summer. I'll have at least 5 sets of gear (not counting all those that have volunteered to help) for the lessons. Of those I have two boards to give away, one mine and one donated for the purpose, two paddles, and two leashes.  At the end of the season the two people I think most deserving will get them. I'm also going to talk to the folks at MTI and I'm pretty sure they'll donate some PFDs for both the lessons and to give away. Awesome folks, they've been great sponsors for the CCBC and I love their gear.
Loving this thread.

I still have the deck pad while the other items have found new homes and far better uses than laying around here.

My first GoPro is off to a Zoner in northern New England. Shipped out yesterday.

I had a conversation and the topic of videos came up.... he said he often thought about a GoPro, but had never bought one. Perfect!  ;D

The only way this thread does it's magic is if you post your "pay forward"... not as a selfie kudos... but to inspire others to keep the thread active.

Creek, that's great.  Did you wipe off any of your slobber (mouth mount) before shipping it out??
Poor guy is probably going to be busy scraping saliva-encrusted packing peanuts, like barnacles welded to a boat.  ;D

Eastbound,
The suit looks great and it turned out it is a large, not an XL and actually fit perfect. I did lose a bit of weight over the winter.
Thanks again and looking forward to hooking up when you are out visiting your daughter.

Not yet B-I-G,

It's been windless and I've been moving but ... this Sunday looks like a possibility! I'll let you know.

B-I-G,

Finally was able to take the Molokai out in something resembling a DW (20 mph and small bumps across Biscayne Bay). The size provided exactly what I was looking for - something I can plant and torque quickly, even if only on a half-stroke, to finish getting on, or keep from coming off, a bump. Now looking for a bigger longer run. Thanks again.

For anyone nearby that likes using a bag I have a Dakine board bag (I don't use them). Made for the original 10-6 x 28 C4. Has the Dakine and C4 logos on it. One side reflective. Might fit up to 11-0 x 30 or so. Still in good shape.

Stoneaxe, is that still available? I'm in MA and could use a bag that size.

I'm not looking for a pay it forward, but the Classifieds on this forum are basically nonexistent.  I'd like to buy a back-up paddle------73" or 74"' (maybe 72) or adjustable----relatively lightweight and yet not too expensive.  Does anyone have a spare around that's no longer needed?
