So Mike, would you say that shade is your signature color?  We all have our favorites, and that's a very nice hue for sure.

I'm pretty jealous (in a good way).

Yeah I must really like blue.  I'm putting a yellow, white and black deck pad on it.  So it's either going to look flashy and cool or it's going to look like a mess of mismatching colors.  Either way Ralph got me the deck pad for free so I'm using it

Aloha Jim...
That's pretty much our stock blue that we call "electric blue"...then we take it up a notch for  "Maui Blue"...
Eye popping abstract blue Hammer below is on it's way to South Carolina...

Sweet looking boards!

Wardog, what fin sizes do you recommend for the Jammer you are making me?  I have a number of various sized sets of FCS, quad fins in my garage and I plan to experiment.  But I would like to start with a configuration that you recommend.

Wow, those are sharp looking.

Wardog, what fin sizes do you recommend for the Jammer you are making me?  I have 6 or 7 various sized sets of FCS, quad fins in my garage and I plan to experiment.  But I would like to start with a configuration that you recommend.

Aloha Zoo,
Thanks...we're really stoked with the quality and performance...

I haven't been on a surf SUP yet that didn't benefit from my WD bamboo Coreflex fins...5" in front and 4" in the rear...for a bit more drive and no apparent increase in drag we run the 2.25" or 3.19" Stubnubs in the center all the way back...these fins are fast and loose...yet, positive...

http://supsports.com/sup-fins/

I see most guys using too much fin on their standups...too big and too stiff...remember, the paddle is the biggest fin on your board...;-)
I understand you wanting to use existing fins...I'd have to see whatcha got...but, smaller and flexier would be my call...
Tell you what...let me fin it up with my FCS version...if you like them, then you can pay me...if not, then send them back...no worries...

Bring that pad up...I personally think the colors will clash...and, would save it for another board...but, we will put it on for you...
We've padded 1000's of boards in our shop...it's a quick job...no big dealio...

Thanks, Wardog.  I'm pushing the finances to the limit even buying this board so soon.  So I have to use what I have on hand until I can afford more.  Fortunately, fins and deck pads can be removed and replaced when the funds are available.

However, I would love to have your help installing the deck pad.  Thanks so much, that would be greatly appreciated

Yeah, exactly.  I'm hoping that Wardog and Ralph are patient with this poor teacher who has an expensive board habit.  Joking aside, I am worried that I am going to tic both of them off.  It's not my intention.  My apologies to both.

I like the looks of that fin setup. I've been looking for an alternate setup on my 8-0 Vec.

I just knew there was a reason to check in on most of the running threads at times......
The board will be gorgeous and I am sure all you could want. Nice score on the deck pad too, hopefully it's flashy and cool.......the jammerin' jammin' jammer.

Maui blue, Maui blue, I've heard that before, and I love that color.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Maui blue came from Fender Guitars, I think you can get a Strat in Maui blue, but I'm sure there is no patent on that color.  It would be cool to have a board in Maui blue with Stratocaster painted on it somewhere.
Hea, you could be like Orange County Choppers, and make boards with specific graphics and design to certain companies or corps!!!! $$$$
Or that could be too Kardashian'ish, never mind,,,,,,,,,, maybe.
It takes a quiver to do that.

Funny that.  I play a blue Stratocaster all of the time.  It's actually what Fender calls "Lazar Blue."  Hmm, maybe there is a pattern there.
