Creek:  Stay in, stay warm and get ready for this upcoming storm.  I went paddling yesterday on my new Glide and the saltwater spray was freezing on deck.  I had to actually turn around early because I was concerned the thing would be too heavy to lift out of the water by the end of my run.  You are not missing much.

I'm full of crap anyway. I went shopping for "power outage" food this morning... after I put the food away, I was exhausted and took a nap.

NEsS... you're right.... the last time I loaded my board it was so laden with ice, that weight combined with slippery rails made it just about impossible to get on the car.
Then it almost slipped right off the racks and onto the hood... oooh the troubles we face

and... what do you mean... upcoming storm?  When has the storm stopped?

This sucks blizzard starting tonight 12" to 18" more snow Wednesday and another possible storm the following Sunday. I don't know how they can go that far out but I saw it somewhere. I'll be happy if we don't lose power although not looking good with predicted wind 50-65 mph.

Doesn't help tripping going down the stairs to the basement the other day landing on my shoulder. Both shoulders surgically repaired (torn rotor cuff) now this with snow coming. Hope my little electric snow blower comes through again.

There's no therapy line Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Therapy. So drenched with chocolately goodness, and so packed with calories.

That diet is officially over... was when I could swallow healthier food... whew....
I'm the only person I know who can gain weight when they are deathly ill.

Back to basics... time to lose that  "sick weight"

Hell, I can gain weight eating organic chicken, onions and cabbage. Drinking water. Maybe I should get a tune up.
