Excellent Customer Service from Sup-Position
« on: January 27, 2015, 01:40:03 PM »
Just wanted to give a shout out for above the call of duty customer service.  As some know, I bought a 7'3 Naish Hokua from Sup-Position and some of the graphic details on the deck pad came off. It was no big deal whatsoever, I just removed the rest of the loose pieces and the board looks great and works perfectly.  I was happy and the board was a bargain.  $1250 for a new Naish?  No problem.

Ralph was ready to take action, but I said not to worry about it, the board was fine.  Looks great, works perfectly for a very cheap price.  Ralph would not hear of it and insisted Naish give me a new deck pad.  I just got the pad and it's beautiful, but I don't intend to put on the board anytime soon.

He didn't have to do that and I thought everyone should know.  You can trust this guy to take care of you.  Thanks Ralph, you didn't need to do that.

This is the original pad. It looks great and woks well.  Very grippy.  No need to replace it.

Jeez, I feel bad now....I've been drilling SP with several emails about a traction pad (Tail kick handle) for one of my boards over the last couple of days and he promptly responded to each question.  He even had a question for me in one of his early emails "What's your shirt size?"................huh, wait, what? I'm asking the question here buddy!   :o  8)

Needless to say, within 24 hours of me placing my order for the traction pad I received an email with tracking #.  Order was placed yesterday morning and its already enroute!

Now THAT'S service!

Ralph was one of the first Ke Nalu dealers and I loved that he was on us about any customer issue. I expect that from a dealer--that they be an advocate for their customers. I can tell you from the other side that he is exactly that.

I can vouch for Ralph as well.

Important thing is that Ralph actually surfs a lot, in terms of frequency and variety of SUP boards.

I told him what I wanted from my board and he recommended me a perfect product.

Can't go wrong with Ralph if you reside in So-Cal area.

I gotta go surf with the dude one day. I might learn a thing or two.

Met Ralph today, super good service from him, he went out of his way to show me a few boards and I just wanted everybody on here to know, that his good service is something you just don't see enough of anymore. Thanks ralph, way cool of you to try to help me find the perfect board.
