Superb demonstration of compressing the legs to make those turns. 

I thought I was bending at the knees when I surfed, but compared to Alex I am basically standing straight up, which would explain why I often fall off the back edge on tight carves and also why I sometimes stall the board up top...simply nothing left in the legs to generate power since mine are straight from the get go.

Need to get myself on film, compare it to this video, and then figure out how to make myself look less lame.
