Remote for GoPro Hero 4

Anybody used the wrist remote for the GoPro 4 yet?  Do they work well for starting and stopping the camera while surfing?  Are they worth the $80 they cost?

Yes, they work.  I had good luck with the first generation of the remote - used it on my 3 and 3+.  It finally wore out.  I opened up the case and found a loose wire near the charging tab.  Never fixed it, because I don't use it much.   

The one you will get with the 4 is better.  Gopro stuff always improves as time goes by.  I'm very happy with my 3+ silver.
