Lots of people are happy with them, they're a fine paddle, well made. They had some handle problems a while ago but I'm sure that was fixed by now.
Foote 10'4X34", SIC 17.5 V1 hollow and an EPS one in Hood River. Foote 9'0" x 31", L41 8'8", 18' Speedboard, etc. etc.

Fairly low cadence for surf but yes, I had one and it was great if you like longer slower strokes.

Big paddle.  If your board is short, you'll be switching sides alot....I have had two, both handles broke, but as Pono said, I am sure they fixed that issue.
