It be really cool if we could get one to follow us all the way across next year? My guess it would require either multiple units or batteries?

No offense PDLSFR, but who would want to watch 10 hrs of drone footage of old farts like us paddling across the Bay?

Maybe beginning middle and end for a total of 10 mins or something, if we added in other vantages and pics maybe 15 mins....even that seems long...

Great footage! I was able to see myself carry my board in and hug my wife! That was a pleasure to see.

It's funny, I didn't even know that drone was there until Kirsten pointed it out to me.

Yeah no way a full 10 hours of drone coverage, I was thinking highlighs, some breaks, different points of views, any cool sea creatures, the launch, the finish, etc., something to motivate and inspire, as well as something to show interested folks and use during fundraising. Use it to draw in more West Coast and possibly some International participants.

I like the idea. Would take a lot of angles to make it work. Maybe if Pono gets his waterproof drone flying we could get him to come out and play.
