Max is 9 on the kayak and Ben is 11 on the naish Kekei.

6 months ago Ben was diagnosed with luekemia so this fills my heart with pride. Watch out for us in a few years at the m2o

Cheers creek, the prayers are appreciated. He's a tough little bastard, and very much a physical healthy kinda kid. Was an athlete prior to treatment. and I'm sure will get back there.

The media keep reporting that cancer treatment outcomes are much better for patients who were fit before diagnosis and who are active during treatment.

My wife worked out as hard as she could during chemo and radiation. None of it was fun but she set records for physical recovery.

Yeah blackeye like creek said, a strong body and mind will go along way, plus some luck.  Hope your wife is well and remains that way.  I know the feeling of wellbeing i get from being out on the water, and i am hoping it is helping him.
