Quite pleased w/the performance of the new SOLOSHOT2. It seems to shift a bit after a coupla battery changes on my Panasonic hx-wa03. I only get about an hour max from each battery.Fresh video session edit here.

Thanx, Zoo. Had the SS2 out today for double duty. Morning and afternoon sesh. Good results early but wronged the config in the afternoon and I'm WAY outa frame. Just goes to show it pays to check framing.

Maybe a little out of frame, but sill nice.  You don't just leave your camera rig on the beach do you?  Do you secure it somehow, have anyone watching it?  I think I remember someone saying there is a way to lock them.  I want one, but I usually surf dawn patrol alone and fear someone stealing it when I'm out on the water.

I do leave it on the beach unlocked. At my local(s) it's pretty cool. I can keep a close eye on it. I've left it unlocked in CR and never had it lifted. Also a few other breaks around the state(NJ) and also a coupla trips up to Long Beach, NY. I did lock it to the fence on the bluff in RI though. Basic laptop lock does the job.

Made double sure I was configured correctly and nailed it yesterday (12/6/14). Let a buddy sport the armbad transmitter for a bit and he scored. I do these collages in fotor.com. The rockin' Santa is some holiday fun they tossed in. I watched your video, SUPsports. Really diggin' that animated intro clip. And the auto zoom feature is nicely demo-ed. One critique I have is that you leave too much approach in your clips as you line waves up. I learned after a few of my own edits that limiting the approach to about three paddle strokes cuts the viewing time down alot and is not as boring(more action). I do leave a longer approach in edit to the more nugget type waves sometimes.

Cool...good job!

I hear you on the paddle in intro length...but, that vid clip had other purpose(s) than pure voyeuristic entertainment...;-)
It was to hopefully help other clients see the learning curve with the SOLOSHOT2 over 2 days...figuring focus out and setting it up...etc...

It also was intended to show the paddle power and stability of my 7'10" Jammer...
If I actually had free time to fart around, I would of made a clip for each intended audience...but, such is the life of an adult toy designer and salesman...;-)
