Will have a month time out and will stay basically on Oahu.
Maybe I'll hop over to Kauai for 2 days, maybe Maui if it's possible to check out SIC...
I am looking for some good paddlers who know the waters to join on some days and get advice of possible dangers. Besides, i want to buy a board in winter and can't decide yet between Naish and SIC.... Does anyone know if it's possible to try those boards on the islands? Looking for 12,6-10" racerboards. or aren't they used that much on the Islands cause everybody is riding the waves? I'm a flatwater paddler and probably this time on Oahu I'll just start with small waves in Waikiki first...like most beginners...right?
So any advise on where to paddle and if it's possible to join sometimes would be really cool. mahalo!
PS: in Vienna we have a fb page where everybody posts where and when he/she is paddling so that others can join.... does that excist on Hawai'i as well?
