New ULI 12-6, morning out on Lake Norman, NC

Finally pulled the trigger on buying a board, a month or so after my first go out in Wrightsville Beach. Went the iSUP route since I really felt hauling a 12-6 hard board on top of my car would be asking for trouble! Took it out for the first time yesterday here on Lake Norman.

Pretty happy with it! Took a 4.5 mile circuit at an easy pace while getting my balance and enjoying some of the surroundings. Nice warm day, water a comfortable 75 degrees... gonna have to get in plenty more while the weather is still nice!
