I would guess NO to custom shapes, they have one shape now, and a second due to come in 2015. My guess would be that the molds are complex and expensive. Also a bit heavy, though nothing like rotomolding. the 11'4" (odd size??) X 32 is 34 pounds, or 29 pounds in the hollow version.
Foote 10'4X34", SIC 17.5 V1 hollow and an EPS one in Hood River. Foote 9'0" x 31", L41 8'8", 18' Speedboard, etc. etc.

That would be a nice defender board. It does look like it might be a little heavy. Kind-of a BIC one design production feel.  For those of us who like to use hammers, and never watch where  we are paddling, it's perfect!
It's not overhead to me!
8'8" L-41 ST and a whole pile of boards I rarely use.

On the contrary, they'd be happy to do a custom shape... for about $60K  :P

I could see this being a viable solution for paddlers that live in areas with lots of rocks and debris... Ian, here's your board!  Paddle on,  JD
