It's Wednesday! Time for another swell!!
« on: September 17, 2014, 07:26:40 AM »
How about you nice folks who get to be out in the world today share some pics of the swell that's hitting So Cal right now from TS Odile. Us office dwellers that are on lock down until the end of business would really appreciate it.

And to contribute something in return: HB South of the pier and city beach looked really interesting with the sand bars moved around and swell angle, mushy but HH/OH. Northside I could not see because of the AVP tents. HB cliffs looked to be around HH sets with some nice sections.  Bolsa was right out, waist high and poor shape.

That Wednesday August 27th swell was an "Epic" one for Malibu!  We might not see another one like that in long time? I don't know who this guy is but he caught some good ones on big Wednesday at Malibu.  He was the only other sup surfer I saw out with Laird in the morning.  Plenty of float sum on the inside;)

We have been getting some good south swell on Maui too. It's tough to get a good south on Maui because of all the island shadowing, but this one made it through!

What a great island photo, crisp morning light.  And a serious nice
lineup, crowd nicely cropped out.

Many nice photos getting posted here :)

no pics to share- But Jersey was extra fun yesterday from Eduardo.... 5ft and closing out early...moved spots (and the storm continued north) and sent really nice long lefts (a rarity) to NJ.

Arms are shot today!

No swell from Odile as she was never in our swell window however there has been plenty of SSW and SSE plus a W swell in the water. Gotta love fall!!!
