That's not Vince in the "bail" photo. He rides a tiny Hobie potato chip. I honestly don't know how he stands on it. I've surfed in the lineup with him tons of times and he's not a menace. That shot is from back when everyone in Malibu was trying to get SUP banned. The internet is weird. By the way, the president isn't a secret Muslim and Bill Gates isn't giving away money for Facebook shares either.

It's a zoo, don't come. But there must be some reason people put up with it, right? Like maybe it's one of the most perfect waves in the world or something?

Btw I saw steamroller out there on a WaveStorm this week, prone, not standup, and he was having a ball and acting like a kid as usual. He's such a fun surfer and Malibu rewards good, and fun surfers. But it's not a nice place if you don't have a sense of humor, solid skills and a thick skin.
