The kids & I tested the Supsquatch at the NW paddlefish yesterday.  Performance characteristics were difficult to assess based on their immediate instinct to convert the "board" into a wrestle mania  arena.  Under these conditions, the board was pretty tippy and not so fast. Not every efficient at catching glides either.  I think for a homeowner on a lake where the summers are long, this would be a pretty epic purchase. I'd love to try surfing it with a more disciplined crew.

We've been having some fun with the Mistral version aka the "BIG SUP" here in the warmer climes of SoCal.  It finished 12th thru 20th place in the fun race at the Stand Up of Clean Water in Malibu and the SUP Chicks and many others had a blast paddling it in the Stand Up for the Cure at Newport Dunes.  Having a crew that can follow a lead paddler and work together is key.
