Incredibly good.  Makes it hard to know if I should be more humbled by the riding or the filming.

How far up does that bar go???

Both for filming and riding.  It's really difficult to imagine either discipline getting a lot better. A relatively casual sport film now has the production value of a hollywood effort, or at least something made for TV. Look back twenty years at the state of the art for movies and you see stuff that people would consider bogus and amatuer on YouTube.
Foote 10'4X34", SIC 17.5 V1 hollow and an EPS one in Hood River. Foote 9'0" x 31", L41 8'8", 18' Speedboard, etc. etc.
