Epoxy Solarez not completely curing

Ditto Vellocity.  I had the same problem, called Solarez and using cellophane or plastic is the key.  Works perfect.

I found some time ago that the trick with Solarez Epoxy is to do the patching in shade--like inside the garage. Follow directions and cover the patch with plastic wrap. Then expose it suddenly to full sunlight. Turns rock hard. Leave off the plastic and it won't go. Put it in diffuse sunlight and it won't go. You'll be scraping off a top layer of goo.

I avoid the whole thing and do my own ding repair with fiberglass. Just fixed the nose of my L41.

i used a u v a   u v b bulb worked great, had to cure a ding overnight before a contest.
