Thanks, SEA.  Some of those things he's doing don't even look real.

Pretty cool!  I liked the full rotation around the bar during the bench press.

VERY IMPRESSIVE!.. beast w/ sick body control..
a little depressing watching that w shoulder in sling and clavicle almost popping out of skin...

note to self: stick w/ 1 "long-board"..the kind you paddle/surf..and fall into water.. bailing off long-board (skate-board) at high speed can have long-term ramifications.. dang!

Interesting to see all of his tiny muscle fasciculations while he does his control maneuvers.  He doesn't look like he roids out, either.

SUP has awakened quite a few dormant muscle groups in my back, that's for sure, and they seem to be important in balance.

I realize this guys has a strength to weight ratio that is orders of magnetude greater than mine, but I would go insane just doing this type of exercising repetitively.  I'd rather play duffer half court basketball, bad tennis, geezer soccer, or garage ping pong any and every day of the week than lift weights (even my own fat rump).  To each his own.  The world needs circus performers and us paying spectators too.

Very interesting "iron"y at work here: aside from pun, this athlete shows remarkable body control, agility, upper body strength, etc, and demonstrates it only using body weight, bars, and a few free weight moves....in a gym so full of expensive equipment !

The human body doing what it does best: move, unrestrained. I wonder how many of the regular gym rats can mimic his moves.  ;D
Excellent work from this athlete and thanks SEA for sharing it.

This level of physical prowess moves me to share a bit of the same, within the art of dance. Husband and wife in this two videos.
