Installing a Universal to a board How to ?

How and what is the best way to install a universal to a board , looking to lean to sail in light wind first would like to put it on a Bark Surftech Expedition

Chris,  I'll come up and teach you.  I want to try one of your twin fin boards anyway, so I need to get up there. 

We should talk more about what board is best to use.

just a thought make sure the board is reinforced to have the load of a rig. Not sure if a bark can handle it
