Just received the 8'7" about a month ago. Very happy with the Stun Gun. Started with tri-fin set. Switched to Jamie Mitchell quads. Good fins, they have good drive with minimal pivoting/side slip feel. Great improvement, for my local waves. The board really loves steep and fast conditions. Snaps off the lip like a short board, and makes difficult sections quite easily. Out preforms my old PSH 8'9" WR in all aspects.
Had to adapt slightly to the SG. It likes weight forward. Where the PSH was a tail rider.
Bought it with out a demo, but completely satisfied with the decision. It was kinda tricky to locate one. They seem to be a little rare in California, at the moment.
Lots of info on the "seabreese.au" forum. If you are looking more owner opinions.

I am at 165lbs with a wet full suit. 5'8" tall. Floats good at this point. The board is 3.75" thick in the center. Does not feel corky even at higher speeds, rails nice and thin. I really think this makes a big difference with the positive, connection to critical sections of the wave the Stun Gun has. I never feel like I am being " pushed-out." It stays where you place it.
 Hopefully this helps

I have a 9'7" ordered, should be getting it within the next week or so.

I'll let you guys know how it does.

I demoed one on Maui last winter and rode it some head high waves, it was lightening fast and turned way faster than what I was riding before (Jerry Lopez 10'6")

Will find out how it does up at Latigo in Mailbu and San Onofre and will report back here.

I have bought recently a 8'7" Stun Gun. It is very stable for a 110 lt board and surfs amazing. A great board indeed. My previous board was a Fanatic Allwave 8'10", also a great board but it was time for me to switch to a faster board.

Congrats Viatormindi!!!!
I still love my 8'7", now many sessions after my fist post, And I am very  amazed with the construction of the StunGun. It has been taking a beating with no damage!! Just a couple of very small pressure dings.
"Fast"is an understatement. This board in lightning fast!
Definitely use rail tape, seems the rails chip easy if you don't have a paddle guard.

I have a 9'2" and a 8'7" great boards performs well for my style of surfing boards rides smooth. I'm 6'0, 175 lbs, for me the 9'2 performs better as a  Quad with a nubster and the 8'7" better as a thruster. Go Jimmy Go!!

Hi again,
I can order the Jimmy Lewis quad fins or the Futures Jamie Mitchell quad set. Anybody has some experience with these fins on Stun Gun? Jimmy Lewis ones are slightly cheaper.
