Surfline - Ala Moana Balls
« on: May 17, 2013, 06:36:51 PM »
Dude on surfline live right now on Naish SUP (Friday evening) in the lineup at Ala Moana. Head high + waves.

He's big enough and looks local enough to fend for himself.

I wanna shake his hand. Oh, and first wave he was dropped in on by a longboarder.. of course. lol

That guy should not have been there on his sup. He was not good enough  and he was making a fool of himself and sup riding. Bowls is just not that kind of spot to fool around like that. I am a regular at a spot two breaks down from bowls and i surf only sup at my spot. I was shaking my head at this guy. Aaron Napoleon surfed it on this swell and did well but you should at least close to Aaron's level to be out there or you just make sup look bad. Please guys! Stop!

Man, that's why I stay out of Malibu. I just was blown away that he paddled out.

I would have loved to have seen Kai or Mo show up and blow up on that day, however.
