dunno em' but i do know that stoney point is on lake superior near duluth; not lake michigan as this article states. stoney pt is prob the most well known, and best break on the lakes

Hawaiian transplant Bob Tema moderates a Superior Surf Club forum where some of these pics were posted.   I dont know the individual surfers but hear it's a great crew.  The break is one the west end of LakeSuperior as endlessfight said, right on the wolf's nose.

 I love these pics. I'm from Wisconsin and spent a lot of time in Bayfield and Ashland in the summers. Makes me want to go home and give it a shot!
