River Usk    8)

Great shot. Good timing in getting this pic and it looks like a sweet river to paddle on.

Sunny and 61 degrees around Seattle today.  There should be snow on those mountains at 0:50 but someone else had our winter this year.

Very flat and quiet out this afternoon.

Supthecreek your paddle trips you have kept posting in winter inspire  me.  I feel a connection with  your inland adventures up the little waterways. I hope to  copy your style this summer and take you along in Alaska :)

The winter was long here in Ontario Canada. Ice finally left our cottage lake today. This was a hockey rink a few weeks ago. Not something you see out touring in warmer climates.

loons are back (the spec floating on the lake   ;D  ) Just the one, no calling yet. I love when they fly out around their lake in the early morning, calling as they go by. I keep my bedroom window cracked all summer just to hear them.
