looking to buy a windsurfing sup complete set up in NY area

My cousin is asking me to find someone in the NY NJ CT area who sells a complete SUP/Windsurfer set up. 

Any shop owners in the area carry anything?

The exocet boards look like the best options, as well as bic and starboard.
