Another friend who's easy to look at--Karen Wrenn. She just a great lady, and a hell of an athlete. Didn't see much of her last year in the Hood, she's been busy with Mommie duties. Hard to believe this lady has kids that are most ready to go to high school.



Hey Karen, your bag o' paddles are still at my shop. She must have another bag or two of them, I'm sure Dave Chun gives her all the paddles she wants.

Wow  Karen is both beautiful and has a great stroke.  It really shows using her abs in the power phase.

Here is another Maui girl I first heard of on my last trip there, Anuhea.  Not the best paddler in the world but she carries her own board!

My kids and I have jumped off of the exact same lava pile as she is! To be on the safe side (since my kids were with me), we would wait for a wave and then jump on top of it so the water would be deeper. Good times.
