PISSED! RACK WAREHOUSE....

So, I'm planning a trip this weekend, I order a SUP rack from RACK WAREHOUSE and pay the $80 for 3 day UPS shipping.  The next  day I get an email from UPS stating that they will deliver my stuff on June 20!?!?!??  WTF!  I call rack warehouse and all they can say was "yeah, sorry.  We can ship it 2 days so that it will get to you in time but you will have to pay the difference."  Really!!!  So you guys screw up my weekend trip and I have to pay for it? 

Anybody know of a good place to buy a SUP rack?  Thanks and Mahalo in advance... sorry for the rant, they really screwed with my zen.

The rack I wanted from the Rack Warehouse was the same price but their computer system wouldn't let me pay with Visa, so I went with ors direct. I live right beside the Idaho Panhandle in Canada, so I pick up a lot of items stateside, and the shipping/billing addresses didn't match.

Anyways, Ors direct was easy to do deal with over the phone and I got my rack right away in Idaho for almost 300 cheaper than I would have payed in Canada.

Yeah, modern-day life -- where we can buy anything we want w/o ever getting our ass out of the chair  -- is pure hell.

spookinin - Unfortunately I had to buy this product online as there is no place here that carries it!   A lot of shopping is done online for this very reason.  Apologize I don’t live in a place that will let me get off my ass and go get it – TRUST me I would!  …and thanks for your help.   Aloha!

I just lucked out and got a rack on craigslist. Its worth a look-- You never know.

Thanks CT, but I already order one - got a little better price than before, so I guess it was good that it happened - now my zen is in order.
