In the pic below you can see where the news van drove around while the tornado was just across the street, they were close!

Thanks for that WW.  Guess some guys live for filming a tornado that close when most would be bolting but in what direction?  Man that's sad stuff.  Remember driving through there with my Dad at 14.  Drove him nuts repeating Tuscaloosa over and over again.  Just loved that name.  Didn't know that was tornado alley in Alabama.

A really good friend of mine got up close and personal with that thing as well. She lost exerything but her and the family's life.  Scary stuff, and very sad.
