At this spot we need about 15-20mph of sw wind. Our big issue is flow. If the river is high we won't get the upstream push. It's a fickle beast.

I've tried just about everything mentioned but what i've found works the best is standing on a tennis ball. Start under your toes for 15 sec then work your way back then repeat down the sides of the foot. It gives me a lot of relief overnight.
