Hi JUP, I have tried the k220, k20, k air and gauge. I made some notes and will do a full write up later this week comparing them to the regular and HP Red Paddle Co pumps.

Bottom line, much easier to get to high pressure but takes longer, slightly more compact. K20, much more compact but much slower.

More to come.

I'm still doing my write up but I'll post the gist of it here.

Basically K-Pumps make it much, much easier to get to optimal (higher) pressure for your inflatable SUP, but take a bit longer to get there. And I do mean much easier. I did a comparison between the Red Paddle Co Ezee, Ezee HP (both Bravo pumps and common amongst inflatable SUPs) and the K-Pump K-20 and K-220. I was pumping a Red Paddle Co 10' Surfer which is 30" wide and 3.93" thick with stated volume of 190l. I did not include RSS installation time for any of these tests. Just a straight up pumping test.

If you want something that'll pump your board up super easy and don't mind a couple minutes more of easy pumping, K-Pumps have got you sorted.

The K-Air and tire valve are a good combo. You only have to rely on a big tank or good compressor to get it pumped up quickly though. But there is no effort and 0 chance of over inflation.

I'm working on a few videos to show how everything works in more detail.

That pump and the gauge looks just like the one that came with my 2013 Naish. It's the best hand pump and gauge I've used. That said,I use the Bravo electric to get to 15 psi and then use an adapter with a tire valve I made and electric tire pump(12volt) to go as high as I want. Easy Peasy ;)

I've been wanting to create an adapter like this... would you mind sharing how you went about it?

A tire valve adaptor? Have a look at the K-Air II 15 PSI, or 18PSI. Blow off valves to avoid over inflation and use a universal adaptor for all kinds of valves. http://greenwatersports.com/shop/brand/k-pump

I ordered the inflation piece that fits my board from NRS. I then went to tire store and got the valve. The plastic inflation piece comes from NRS with a clear piece of hose attached. See pic of both pieces.  I pushed the tire valve into the clear hose. I filled hose up with hot glue. You can get cheap glue gun with sticks at craft store. My wife already had one. This held the tire valve very well and I used it several times to 20 psi with Bellaire 5000 electric pump. Just for extra safety I later added the 2 stainless hose clamps. See pic of finished unit.
The bellaire 5000 pump has a digital gauge with auto shut off and reads in half a pound increments while pumping.

I'm currently not able to upload due to access issues, but should be able to in the next week or so.  Thanks for the pics, and I will share them with the zone.

Full write up on popular sup pumps, including time taken, number of pump strokes to 15psi and to 20psi.

My favorites are the Ezee HP followed very, very closely by the K-220.

K-pumps are OK, but could be better if they had a hose and gauge built in
